Without piping, the world as we know it today would not exist! The piping industry has a big need for skilled and specialist draughtsmen, who can plan out functional piping systems. Our Piping Draughting Course has been developed with working professionals and falls in line with industry standards – both nationally and internationally.
This course is part time only.
Purpose: To become a specialist in piping
draughting/design. To lay a foundation for future career advancement to
supervisory and management qualifications within the sector or within piping
engineering.
A qualified learner will be able to:
Draught piping systems and use industry-standard software.
Selection Procedure:
Access to this qualification is open, should you meet admission requirements

Learner must have required Grade 12 Mathematics and EGD or completion of the MDDOP course and should be
working within the Piping Industry to be able to complete the workplace component.
Our selection procedure consists of proof of the above qualifications/reference and an interview to confirm suitability, aptitude, and experience.
Every Saturday
First Year – Lectures every Saturday
Second Year – Practical in the workplace with a logbook
R 32 000.00
R 3 500.00 deposit, and the balance payable in 10 equal installments.
Drawing Kit and Student Card – R 750.00
Students are required to download Auto-Cad software on their own.
Certificate from Quality Council for Trades and Occupation (QCTO).
